Sign up for Torqueflow

Summary

This article walks you through signing up for a new Torqueflow account using the public signup page. You enter your business details, choose a workspace URL, and receive a verification email. No credit card is required. The trial lasts 30 days.

Prerequisites

• A valid email address you can access straight away.
• A phone number for account recovery and support.
• A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).

Steps

1. Go to signup.torqueflow.app in your browser.
2. Enter your Business Name (e.g. “Jon’s Garage”). When you leave this field, Torqueflow auto-suggests a workspace subdomain based on the business name.
3. Review the Your Workspace URL field. This sets your subdomain (e.g. jonsgarage.torqueflow.app). Edit it if you prefer something different. The field only accepts lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. A green tick confirms the subdomain is available. A red cross means it is taken or invalid - Torqueflow may suggest an alternative.
4. Enter your Email address.
5. Enter your Phone Number.
6. If you have a discount or Referral Code, enter it in the Referral Code field. This is optional.
7. Click Start Free Trial.
8. Check your email inbox for a verification message from Torqueflow. Click the link in that email to verify your account.
9. After verification, set your password and you are taken to your dashboard.

Expected Outcome

• Your Torqueflow organisation is created at your chosen subdomain.
• You are signed in as the Owner.
• You land on the dashboard, ready to configure your garage.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Cause	Fix
Subdomain shows a red cross	The subdomain is already taken, reserved, or contains invalid characters.	Try a different subdomain. Use only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. Minimum 3 characters, maximum 63. No consecutive hyphens.
No verification email received	Email may have gone to spam, or the address was mistyped.	Check your spam/junk folder. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, try signing up again with the correct address.
”This subdomain is not allowed” message	The subdomain matches a blocked word.	Choose a different subdomain.
Phone number validation fails	The phone number is missing or too long.	Enter a valid phone number up to 20 characters.

Notes

• There is no password field on the signup form. You set your password after clicking the verification link in the email.
• The referral code field auto-converts to uppercase.
• If you already have an account, sign in at yourgarage.torqueflow.app instead.
• Torqueflow also has an internal signup route at /sign-up used for staff onboarding. As a new customer, always use the public signup page at signup.torqueflow.app.
