Configure Scheduler Settings
Summary
Section titled “Summary”The Scheduler Settings page controls two things: your garage’s weekly business hours (including breaks) and the time range shown on the scheduler calendar. Business hours determine when the garage is open, when auto-replies trigger, and when breaks block out time. The calendar display range controls how much of the day is visible on the scheduler view.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- You are signed in as an owner or user with the
settings.accesscapability.

-

Expected Outcome
Section titled “Expected Outcome”- Each day of the week has the correct open/closed status, opening and closing times, and any break periods.
- The scheduler calendar shows the configured time range.
- Auto-replies (configured in Communication Settings) trigger based on the business hours set here.
- Break periods appear as blocked time on the scheduler calendar.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Problem: “Invalid schedule” error when saving business hours. Cause: A validation rule was broken. Common causes: a break falls outside opening hours, or close time is before open time. Fix: Check that all break start and end times fall within the day’s opening hours. Ensure close time is after open time for each day.
Problem: Changes to business hours do not appear on the scheduler calendar. Cause: The page may be showing cached data. Fix: Refresh the browser page. The scheduler reads the latest saved hours on each load.
Problem: The “Copy Monday to Weekdays” button is disabled. Cause: Monday is currently set to Closed. Fix: Toggle Monday to Open and set the desired hours first, then use the copy button.
- Business hours and calendar display are saved independently. You can update one without affecting the other.
- The calendar display range is cosmetic. It controls what hours are visible on the scheduler view but does not restrict when appointments can be booked.
- Per-day schedules allow different hours on different days. This is useful for Saturday half-days or varied opening times.
